When browsing throughout The Mystery District you would have noticed a number of different background images appearing in the postbit (the area that has members username, image and post count) that is adding freshness, uniqueness and allowing the member to truly show what type of topic they are interested in.

This How to Guide will hopefully take you through step-by-step to selecting your very own background image to let fellow members here know what topic you are interested in, or what background you just enjoy.

*Please note background images are pre-defined from our selective images however if you have a suggestion feel free to share it here and we will try to accomodate.

Step-by-Step Guide:
1. On the navigation menu above (the red one) move your mouse and click on User CP.

2. From the page that loads on the left hand side a navigation menu will appear with the first option being Edit your Details by clicking that it will load another page for you which has a number of options you can add, edit or remove to further customize your profile.

3. On the page that loads after clicking Edit your Details if you scroll (go) to the bottom of the page where the header is Additional Information the last option on the page that you are able to edit is Background Image, this then has a drop down menu.

4. Select from the drop down menu one of the options that interests you, or you would like to see, once you have selected your background image click save changes.

5. You're done. Now when you post the image that you selected will appear in the postbit area.

Remember you can come back and change it as many times as you want, whenever you want.
